Dr. Nina is called to the emergency room to attend to a non-responsive, but alive, Michelle. She checks her vitals and uses the oxygen bag. She determines she must use the defibrillator to shock her system. It doesn't work so of course she needs to cut off her dress for better access. After more pounding and defibrillation, she determines she must cut off her panties. She also opens her gown because of how hard she is working. The doctor is wearing some very nice lingerie. They then rush the patient to the operating room.
